Connect Telegram securely through QIU TRADING BOT.
Your default web plan is BASIC PLAN.
QIU Admin verifies your member status and assigns a QIU membership level. Your active plan determines the products and services available to you.
Use QIU Inbox for approvals and Support Center for any mismatch.

New QIU Member

Create your QIU account with full name and email.
Open the generated QIU TRADING BOT link and tap START.
After Telegram verification, set your password using a Secure Recovery Code. Normal Member Hub login uses email + password.
You start on BASIC PLAN until a premium membership is activated.

Why was my Telegram data linked to the website?

Telegram identity is used as the secure bridge between QIU TRADING BOT and your QIU web account. Verification does not activate premium products. Product access follows your active membership plan.

Where are my QIU products?

Open Active Access > My Products. Licensed products include their own License & Device controls and secure files are shown only when your membership grants access.

What is Telegram used for?

Telegram is used primarily for QIU notifications and community access while the website remains the primary member workspace and source of truth.

How do I get support?

Use Support Center. Requests and admin replies remain visible in your account history.
