Refund & Cancellation Policy
QIU Trading provides digital membership access, software and licensing, downloadable resources, trading tools, signal-related services, technical support and other digital or service-based products. This policy explains when a refund may be considered.
1. General Digital-Product Policy
Unless required by applicable law or approved by QIU under the exceptions below, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased digital access, membership entitlement, license, download, private resource or service has been delivered, activated, accessed or substantially performed.
A purchase does not guarantee trading profitability, a particular win rate, a particular number of signals, compatibility with every broker/data provider/device, or any specific financial result.
2. Cases QIU May Approve
QIU may approve a full or partial refund after review where evidence supports one of the following:
- A duplicate payment or clearly incorrect charge for the same QIU order.
- QIU is unable to provide the purchased QIU entitlement because of a QIU-controlled delivery or access failure that cannot be resolved after reasonable support and troubleshooting.
- The product or entitlement delivered materially differs from the confirmed QIU order and QIU cannot reasonably correct it.
- A refund, cancellation or remedy is required by applicable law.
Approval is case-specific and does not create an automatic entitlement to refunds for unrelated purchases.
3. Normally Not Refundable
Subject to mandatory legal rights, QIU will normally not approve a refund solely because of:
- Change of mind after digital access, membership, licensing or files have been delivered or activated.
- Trading losses, drawdown, missed trades, signal outcomes, strategy performance, profitability expectations or dissatisfaction with market results.
- Failure to use the product, forgetting to cancel or renew, or not using remaining access time after the entitlement has started.
- A device, operating system, broker, symbol naming, MT5 environment, Bookmap/ATAS/data-feed configuration or other third-party environment that does not meet disclosed requirements or requires customer-side setup/troubleshooting.
- Third-party subscriptions, market-data fees, broker fees, prop-firm fees, payment-provider charges or other costs not sold by QIU as part of the QIU order.
- Access restriction, suspension or termination resulting from account abuse, unauthorized sharing, licensing misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse or a material breach of QIU rules.
- Technical assistance, coaching or other service time that has already been materially delivered.
4. Troubleshooting First
For installation, activation, licensing, import, connection or access issues, QIU may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting with QIU Support before a refund decision is made. This helps distinguish a QIU delivery failure from a local device, broker, data provider or third-party configuration issue.
5. How to Request a Review
Submit the request through the QIU Member Hub Support Center or email admin@qiutrading.com. Include the QIU order ID, purchase email, product or membership purchased, payment reference, reason for the request and any relevant screenshots or error details.
Requests should be made promptly after the issue is identified. QIU may request additional information needed to verify the order, delivery status, product use or technical issue.
6. Approved Refunds
If QIU approves a refund, QIU may revoke or end the related membership, product access, license, download entitlement or service access. Where practical, the refund will be returned through the original payment method or another method agreed by QIU.
After QIU submits an approved refund, the time required for funds to appear depends on the bank, card network, payment provider, country, business day and processing schedule. QIU cannot guarantee instant settlement after a refund has been sent.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is disputed or charged back, QIU may temporarily restrict the related entitlement while the transaction is reviewed. QIU may provide order, delivery, access, licensing and support records to the relevant payment provider where reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available under applicable law or through the relevant payment provider.
8. Membership Cancellation
Cancelling or choosing not to renew prevents future access after the current paid entitlement ends where the product supports recurring access. Unless a refund is separately approved, cancellation does not normally convert already-used or already-started digital access into a refundable period.
9. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or overrides rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Where mandatory law provides a stronger right, that law prevails.
Refund decisions are based on the actual QIU order, delivery state, entitlement usage, technical evidence and any mandatory rights that apply.
